If there is a large amount of water running into the Drip Tray and less coffee coming from the dispensing spout, then these seals may be defective. Replace the Drain Valve or replace the O-Rings.
If water is not reaching the coffee grounds in the Brew Group, causing the brew cycle to stop, then the Drain Valve may be completely clogged, or there is a clog earlier in the water circuit.
If water is draining directly into the Drip Tray during the brew cycle, the plastic cap on the metal rod may be broken, prohibiting the rod from fully inserting into the valve, thus, failing to create the required seal to push the water through the brew group. Replace the plastic cap with our new Metal Cap.
