Coffee Brazil Fazenda São José 100% Arabica whole beans

In the south of Minas Gerais in the Guaxupé region, lies at 900 m above sea level. NHN the Fazenda São José from which this finely balanced coffee comes. The region is also known as "Montanhas cafeeiras" - also known as "coffee mountains" - due to its optimal climate for coffee cultivation and the slightly hilly landscape. In 1958 Orostrato Olavo Silva Barbosa founded the fazenda here, which is still owned by the family today. The coffee cherries are harvested here by hand and then - typical for Brazilian coffees - dry processed.

This Fazenda São José develops a pleasant taste of wholemeal biscuit in the main note, followed by hazelnut and dark chocolate in the secondary note. A fresh taste of leafy greens lingers on the finish.
